Ohio attorneys must complete 24 OH CLE hours every 2-year compliance period. Ohio attorneys who did not comply with the OH CLE requirements for the 2016-17 compliance period – which ended December 31 – will receive a notice of apparent noncompliance with the OH CLE.
Late Ohio CLE Compliance
- Complete late CLE by April 2
- File Form 19
To submit a request for late compliance, Continuing Legal Education Late Compliance Reporting Form (Form 19) must be completed that shows the CLE courses that you completed before April 2, 2018.
