North Carolina attorneys have a new requirement in 2019. In addition to the previously required specialty credits, North Carolina attorneys must also now complete 1 hour of technology every year. The North Carolina CLE requirement is listed below.
NC CLE Requirement – 2019
* 12 total hours
* 6 online allowed
* 2 legal ethics – annual
* 1 technology – annual
* 1 substance abuse – every 3 years
