This is the time of year that our phone rings off the hook – California MCLE compliance season. If you’re like most California attorneys you wait until January to even start thinking about completing the 25 required hours. Currently, California attorneys with last names N-Z are due for compliance on January 31, 2020.

Don’t forget to complete 25 total hours of credit, including at least 12.5 hours for Participatory credit. Also, you must complete 4 hours of legal ethics, 1 hour of elimination of bias and 1 hour of competence issues.
