Compliance Group 1 (A-G) – California MCLE
Adams, Bukowski, Castillo…. if you are a California attorney and your last name starts with the letters A-G – then your MCLE compliance is due February, 1, 2022! Yes, that’s right, it’s the end of your three year CA MCLE compliance cycle.. AGAIN!!
25 CA CLEs
California attorneys must complete 25 MCLE hours every 3 years. The 25 CA CLE hours must include 4 hours of legal ethics, 1 hour of competence issues (former substance abuse), and 1 hour of elimination of bias.
12.5 Participatory CA CLE Hours
